The Zoning Board of Appeals is authorized to approve requests for Variances, Section 6 Findings, Comprehensive Permits for 40B Developments, and special permits for specific circumstances.

Effective January 1, 2019, new application fees are going into effect for all Zoning Board of Appeal applications. Click here for more details. Also effective January 1, 2019, a new application will be available.
Upcoming Zoning Board Meeting Dates at this time are November 19, and December 10. All Meeting Dates are subject to change if the Zoning Board cannot make a quorum.
