Mission
To further the education of the citizens of Norton in the ability to avert or combat the effects of a disaster, either natural or man-made. Coordinate the resources of those State, Federal, and Volunteer agencies that respond to our needs when local resources are overwhelmed. To ensure that the citizens affected by the disaster are cared for, they receive financial assistance and emotional support to provide a full recovery.
