Council on Aging & Human Services at the Norton Senior Center

The Select Board shall appoint a Council on Aging for the purpose of carrying out or coordinating programs designed to meet the problems of the aging, whether in cooperation with the programs of the Department of Elder Affairs established under MGL c. 19A, § 1, or otherwise.  The Select Board shall appoint the Council on Aging consisting of nine regular members and two alternates to create a quorum in the absence of a sufficient number of regular voting members, for rotating three-year terms.
