The Norton Planning Board is a seven-member elected board, meeting bi-weekly on Tuesday evenings. (Call us for filing deadlines). The Planning Board is responsible for granting Special Permits, Accepting Streets, and performing Subdivision, Site Plan Review and Comprehensive Master Planning for the Town of Norton. Questions are welcomed by the Department Director.

NEW:  Proposed Fairland Farms Solar Project Application at 210 Bay Road and 21 Fairlee Lane.  The Planning Board will hear this item at it's July 23 meeting which will be held at the Norton Media Center (184 West Main Street) behind Home Plate.   The July 23 meeting agenda will be posted by July 18.
