Everett Leonard Rentals

Everett Leonard Park and Pool is available for rent each summer.

The rental includes the entire park, including the pool, which will be closed to the public for the entire time of the rental

In-Season Rentals

• Available from June through early September.
• Includes the pavilion, the bathrooms, the pool and lifeguards.
• The rental rate is $150/hour with a 3 hour minimum rental.

Off-Season Rentals

• Available the month of May and the month of September, depending on when the building is winterized/unwinterized.  
• The pool will be closed and NOT available.
• The off season rental rate is $75/hour with a 3 hour minimum rental.

Once a date is chosen, the renter needs to submit BOTH the Rental Application AND the deposit.  Once both items are received by the Parks & Rec office, the rental is then considered confirmed.  

The Application and the Guidelines are below.  If you cannot print them off or prefer a paper copy, they are available in front of the Parks & Rec Office on the bulletin board or contact the department to have a copy sent to you.

Payments can be made:

1. Cash - MUST be brought into the Parks & Rec Office
2. Checks -- via US Mail or In Person (made out to Town of Norton)
3. Online -- deposits can be made through our UNIPAY site.
