Norton Plans
The Town of Norton has a series of plans addressing the future growth of the Town.
First, and foremost, is the 2021 Master Plan which addresses how land is used, housing, conservation, recreation, economic development, transportation, services and utilities. Here is a video that provides a high-level view of the Master Plan.
The Town has also focused several planning efforts around reimagining the Village Center and W. Main Street. These include the:
- 2019 Village Center Vision Plan. This plan identified the challenges and potential solutions for a dynamic Village Center.
- 2021 Local Rapid Recovery Plan. This plan provides recommendations to address the economic impacts of COVID-19
- 2022 Parking Management Plan. This plan provided data regarding existing parking and recommendations to address parking challenges.
