Town Meeting - Planning/Zoning Article Information

**OPEN TOWN MEETING: MAY 14, 2018** Draft Warrant
Norton has an OPEN Town Meeting in the Fall and Spring each year. An open Town Meeting means that all of the town’s voters may vote on all matters. Town Meeting decides three major things: 1. It sets the salaries for the elected officials. 2. It votes to appropriate money to run the town. 3. It votes on the town’s local statutes, which are called by-laws.
