About Moving Forward 2050

Every four years, SRPEDD develops the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The RTP is a blueprint for our existing and future transportation system. It looks at every facet of transportation, including roads and bridges, travel patterns, public transportation such as buses, commuter rail, freight, and airports, as well as bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure. It assesses our transportation needs and identifies the necessary improvements to enhance our transportation system.

We seek to bring together local perspectives and proven concepts from our backyard and worldwide. This webinar series is about asking ourselves essential questions that can help guide our thinking as an agency and region moving forward. Visit the project webpage for more information and consider participating in the project activities.
