Request Form - Conservation Director Review/ Site Inspection

Please fill out the following form if you are seeking a meeting with the Conservation Director and/or information on whether a property or proposed work area is located within the jurisdiction of the Conservation Commission.

Please allow for a 24-hour window for the Conservation Office to process the request. A confirmation email will be issued once the meeting / site inspection has been coordinated.
