Norton Winter Rates - National Grid Rate Increase vs. Community Electricity Aggregation Plan

Norton residents and businesses enrolled in the Norton Community Electricity Aggregation Plan (CEA) will not be impacted by the rate hike recently announced by National Grid.
The Norton Community Electric Aggregation Plan electricity rates are fixed at 10.470/KW and will not change until December 2023.
To confirm if you are enrolled in the Norton Community Electricity Aggregation Plan, look at the Supply Services section of your National Grid.
The account is enrolled if it says Supplier; Constellation NewEnergy (Norton Agg). If it says something else, then the account is NOT enrolled.
