RECORDS and REPORT REQUESTS
A ll motor vehicle crash reports and incident reports must be requested using the Norton Police Department Report Request Form. The form can be downloaded from the above link.
Massachusetts General Law allows the Norton Police Department ten (10) days to comply with this request. The Records Section will mail the requested report(s) as soon as possible.
FEES: The fee for a copy of a motor vehicle accident report is $5.00
The fee for a copy of an incident report is $3.00
The fee for all other documents is $1.00 per page.
Only money orders or bank checks will be accepted. Please make all bank checks or money orders payable to the Town of Norton. No personal checks or cash will be accepted.
