Mission:
The Norton Conservation Commission is a seven-member board of volunteers to administer and enforce the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and its Regulations (310 CMR 10.00). The Conservation Commission also manages over 1100 acres of land and waterbodies for open space and preservation purposes. The Conservation Commission meets every second and fourth Monday in the Municipal Center at 7:00PM. The Town of Norton does not have a wetland protection bylaw.
