Two Charged in recent Vandalism

One adult, one juvenile charged with 11 counts

Two arrests were made today by the Norton Police in connection with several acts of vandalism that occurred throughout the town over the last few weeks. The acts of vandalism included the damaging of windows to motor vehicles and homes.  Norton Police Detectives began to track down video footage from areas near several of the incidents.  Patrol officers continued with vigilant patrols of the areas of high probability.  After a combination of numerous video searches and field interviews, Norton Police arrested two individuals.

One of the individuals was Cameron Kunz, age 18, of Norton.  The other was a 16 year old male juvenile who was released to his parents and will appear in juvenile court at a later date.  Kunz is being held on $1,000 cash bail and will appear in the Attleboro District Court on Monday.  Both are charged with 11 counts of malicious destruction of personal property over $250.  The incidents, along with other possible suspects, are still under investigation.
