Online Bill Payments

The Town of Norton accepts online payments through City Hall Systems, a secure and easy-to-use payment system.

There are two payment options:
1)  ACH - Payment is deducted from your checking account.  Please note that there is a charge of 50 cents per transaction for Real Estate and Personal Property tax and a 50 cents per transaction charge for Motor Vehicles.
2)  Credit Card -  Payment can be made using a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card.   Please be aware that your credit card company will charge for this service.

Tax Collector
UNIPAY HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH CITY HALL SYSTEMS.
Now, you can use the same system to pay real estate, personal property, and motor vehicle taxes.

Water Department
Note: online payments for water bills will be accepted up to 25 days after the due date of each quarterly bill.

The Town Clerk's Office offers online services for ordering Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificates, processing dog licenses, and various other services.
