As of January 1, 2013, all Medical Flexible Spending Accounts will include the "Benny" Card.  This card is provided at no cost to the employee and is meant to be used like a credit card at the time of service instead of paying out of pocket and submitting receipts for reimbursement later on.   Please read Important Information About Your "Benny" Card for complete details about how the card works.   2013 FSA Enrollment Form
