Police Investigate Shooting
On 9/20/09 at 9:13 pm Norton Police were dispatched to a residence on Evergreen Road for a report of a shooting. The caller reported that a vehicle had driven by his residence and shot one round through the front of the residence. A 31 year old male was struck in the leg with the bullet. He was transported to Sturdy Hospital and later transferred to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment. The victim was released from the hospital.
