Fishing & Hunting Licenses
Fishing, Hunting & Trapping Licenses

Beginning with the 2012 licenses, all hunters, anglers and trappers will be purchasing licenses, stamps, and permits electronically, through an online computer system called MassFishHunt .   This system can be accessed from your home computer or you can go to the Town Clerks Office and process the license electronically from their office.  There is an additional municple handling fee that is mandatory for all town clerks who process the license for you in their office.  This fee is in addition to the licensing fee and also applies to FREE licenses.

Licenses are only valid for the calendar year--they expire at the end of December.

Fees for first resident license and all non-resident licenses include a $5.00 Wildlands Conservation Stamp fee. Massachusetts residents need only pay the $5.00 Wildlands Stamp fee for the first license purchased in a calendar year. Non-residents are required to pay the Wildlands Stamp fee for every license purchased.
